Celebrate

Every Friday  The small thing I'm celebrating this week is the warm weather I hear is coming. It's not here yet, but I've been told that this winter should eventually end. So, I'm getting out my seed catalogs and trimming my fruit trees in the hopes it's true. It has to be, doesn't it?

What are you celebrating this week?

  5. The weather seems to be turning warmer here, but I don't think it'll last - I think it's a trick, then when we're all excited about the sunshine, it'll start to snow. Have a great weekend!

  6. K know the feeling, because we're all so anxious for Spring. This winter has been brutal. Wishing you a great weekend. We'll all celebrate Spring together.

  7. Seed catalogs! I'm not a gardener, but I know people who are. They while away the cold winter nights pouring over seed catalogs and designing the lovely garden they'll plant as soon as the last frost is over. I hope you get to plant soon! :)

  8. The snow is melting enough that I'm starting to think about how I'll ever clean up all the pine branches that broke off my trees. Some are huge. But I'm loving the idea of a warmer.

  9. If you feel so much as a less-chilly-current in the air, you go ahead and clap. I'm ready for Spring whenever it desires to get here.

This week I have real celebration to do. I crossed 70,000 words on my novel and am seeing an old friend for the first time in half a year. Ice cream sandwiches, ahoy!
